Fazaia Builders is a dedicated construction company working inside Fazaia Housing Scheme, Lahore. Since 2014 we have completed 150+ projects across the scheme, grey structure, turnkey homes, renovation, interiors, commercial buildings and map approvals, all on fixed-price BOQ contracts.
How We Work
- BOQ-based fixed pricing, every material listed by brand, grade and quantity. The total is the contract price.
- Milestone-based payments, released only on verified physical milestones with photographic evidence.
- One point of contact, a named project manager for every client, start to finish.
- B-25 minimum concrete, independent cube tests at every pour.
- Grade 60 steel, mill certificates kept on file.
- Written workmanship warranty, at key handover.

Many of our clients live abroad. We manage complete projects remotely: 3D design approval via WhatsApp, building-map approval by our team, digital contracts, weekly Friday site videos, and milestone payments backed by photographic evidence.
